padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; letter-spacing: 1px;">演练共分三部分，一是将村内留守人员按照先老人、妇女儿童后青壮年的顺序全部将受困人员转移到指定安置点；二是模拟医疗救治，转移过程中一名老人因突发心脏病倒地不起，家属紧急通知村干部，医疗救援小组马上抬担架赶赴现场，并对老人进行紧急救治，经过抢救，老人脱离生命危险并将其成功转移安置；三是对险堤险段紧急抢修加固，暴雨导致河堤水位不断上涨，堤段堤防需要加固筑坝，20余名抢险救灾人员紧急利用沙袋开始筑堤护堤，防汛办随时关注水位上涨情况，向乡指挥部报告险情，并请求市级人员及物资支援。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
